The truly unfortunate thing about this situation is that, for reasons unknown, the Final Fantasy 7 Remake: Intermission DLC featuring fan favorite character Yuffie is Intergrade exclusive. This doesn't apply to anyone that got the PS4 game when it was free on PS Plus last March, however. That said, anyone with the PS4 version of the game will be given a free upgrade to the Intergrade version that they can then play on their PS5s. Since a majority of the new content wouldn't be usable by the PS4, this decision makes a lot of sense.
